Charles Krauthammer is usually pretty good, but this is his best yet. Haven't heard anyone espousing the cockamammie theory that the war on terror has caused our current economic malaise but it is no surprise that the Leftoids would clutch at that straw to exonerate their messiah. He builds a pretty darn good case that our reaction to 9/11 has been good for us and notes the shrinking Defense budget is not the cause of huge deficits. It's the entitlements, stupd!
