Talk about your dereliction of duty! Our own Stephen Chu, Secretary of Transportation, admitted to Congress that bringing gas prices at the pump down is not a priority for him. In fact, this Bozo advocates bringing our gas prices up to European levels so as to further advance their cockamammie schemes and crony capitalism plots.
Heritage's Nicoloas Loris writes, "The market would respond if Congress and the Obama Administration allowed it to work." But Secretary Chu and the Obama Administration are evidently not interested in market-based reforms that bring down the cost of energy. Instead, they're bent on keeping energy costs high in order to placate the environmental left. And now Americans are paying the price.
